Molly's passion for increasing educational and career opportunities stems from her experience working with low-income students and families, as well as a strong belief in the power of education to change lives and break the cycle of poverty.

Before joining the Access Opportunity team, Molly worked as an advocate for women and children, a domestic violence counselor, a case worker with at-risk middle school students, as well as in nonprofit communications and development at various organizations.

Molly received her BA in Spanish and Sociology from Eastern University.

Favorite College Experience: “My absolute favorite experience was studying abroad in Mexico. It is the most beautiful, vibrant country - the food, the people, the energy. I lived with a family who made me the most amazing meals and taught me so much about Mexican culture. "

Advice for High School and College Students: “Allow yourself to think creatively about what you want to do with your career. When I started college, I was on one set career path. After letting myself be open to other possibilities, I realized I could combine my passions and interests - graphic design, writing, serving people, and making the world a better place."

Favorite Food: “It's a tie between Indian and Mexican food!”
